Carly is the founder and owner of Gossip Party Boutique. She is a wife and mom of two and has always had a passion for throwing parties and decorating for any event that came her way. She loves getaways with her family and is a crazy Disney lover. She always knew she wanted to do something in her life that involved being creative and making people happy. The idea of balloons came to her when it was decided that her husbands family were going to move here from Russia. They have worked with balloons for over 20 years and Carly thought it would be an awesome idea to bring that to Charlotte! So, here she is “Turning your Event into the Gossip of the Town!”
Kacey Procter
OFFICE MANAGER/CREATIVE DESIGNER
Kacey is Carly’s best friend and they have known each other for over 20 years! Kacey is a Wife and mother and has 12 years in management and customer service. She is Gossip Party Boutique’s Office Manger and Creative Designer. She is fun, silly, and keeps everything in check. When she isn’t working she is pursuing her passion with powerlifting. Kacey is a force to reckon with and continues to thrive with GPB!
